Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SocioHub website, WhatsApp Business API platform and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SocioHub ("SocioHub", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Use of the Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies referenced below.
3. WhatsApp and third-party terms
The Services enable communication over the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp through SocioHub is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms, policies and messaging rules, including opt-in requirements and prohibited content. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your recipients.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, unsolicited or deceptive messages;
- Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
- Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Resell or misuse the Services outside the scope of these Terms.
5. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta apply in addition to SocioHub platform fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. We may change our fees on notice.
6. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to process that data as necessary to provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, content and trademarks, are owned by SocioHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights except as expressly set out here.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SocioHub harmless from any claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
